Virtuix, a virtual-reality treadmill producer and a notable investment of Anitrinia Limited, has secured a total of $3,272,865 from over 1,300 investors through a crowdfunding campaign. The campaign was launched to further scale Omni One, consumer-focused full-body VR platform and locomotion device of Virtuix that enables seamless walking, running, crouching, and jumping in 360° virtual environments. With its latest funding round now complete, Virtuix is now boasting a $201.13 million valuation.
While Omni One is primarily marketed as a consumer device for home use, the latest funding round also highlights its potential as a platform for military training through the introduction of the Omni Mission Trainer (OMT). Developed in partnership with the U.S. Air Force, Virtuix OMT enables soldiers to move physically in 360 degrees within realistic VR environments while using their real weapons, gear, and equipment. The system supports team-based training for groups of 12 or more soldiers.
In June Virtuix has also received the 2025 Auggie Award in the “Best Interaction Product” category at the Augmented World Expo in Long Beach, California which is the AR/VR industry’s biggest trade show. Virtuix has been recognised by its Omni One treadmill.
“Winning this Auggie Award is a major honor and a testament to the groundbreaking design and commercial success of Omni One,” said Virtuix CEO Jan Goetgeluk.
