Monzo introduces a new security feature to shield customers from potential fraudsters posing as Monzo employees. This feature guards against online threats and the risk of falling victim to fraudulent money requests. Monzo also provides customers with a list of questions they will never ask during a call, along with an overview of the official process for contacting users. This includes initiating conversations within the app’s chat function to schedule a call at a mutually agreed-upon time.
Earlier this year Monzo announced the ongoing exploration of a prospective merger with Lunar, a prominent fintech firm based in Denmark. Presently, these two digital banks are dedicated to uncovering the myriad advantages and envisioning the transformative possibilities that this union may bring to the global fintech landscape.
