VIA Transportation, transit technology maker and one of the investee companies of Anitrinia, completed an IPO in September 2025. VIA raised $493 million by selling 10.7 million shares priced $46 each (above its marketed range of $40 to $44) resulting into a valuation of $3.65 billion.
The company delivers software solutions and manages services for municipalities, transit authorities, schools, and various organizations, integrating on-demand ride-sharing with advanced routing technology to enhance the efficiency of public transportation.
